To report a bug you need to open a Ticket and you need to provide us with the following details:


  • Expected Behavior: Please describe how the specific feature or functionality was intended to work. This will help us understand the desired outcome of the game mechanics.
  • Actual Behavior: We kindly ask for a detailed explanation of the bug you encountered. Please provide specific information about what occurred, any error messages displayed, or any unexpected behavior you observed. The more details you can provide, the better we can understand the issue.
  • Reproduction Steps: It would be immensely helpful if you could provide us with a step-by-step explanation of how to reproduce the bug. This includes specific actions, interactions, or sequences of events necessary to trigger the issue. Providing a clear reproduction process will greatly assist us in isolating and addressing the problem.
  • Visual Evidence: If possible, please provide videos or images that demonstrate the bug in action. Visual evidence can significantly aid our understanding of the issue and assist us in identifying the root cause. You may consider recording a video of the gameplay or capturing screenshots that highlight the problem.
By providing us with the above information, along with any visual evidence, you will greatly contribute to our efforts in resolving the bug effectively. We appreciate your cooperation and dedication to improving the game's performance.
