❓ How do I submit a support ticket if I bought gems for the wrong game?

➡️ Use the !ticket command in Discord. Click Login, and make sure to log in as a customer.

Attach the following information

  • Username

  • Email linked to the account

  • The game where the gems are

  • The game where you play


Tickets usually take around 72 hours after each response.
