"Invalid credentials" or "Account blocked"

❓ I’m having trouble logging in — it says "Invalid credentials" or "Account blocked". What can I do?

➡️ Try the following depending on the message you're seeing:

? Account Blocked

• ✅ Make sure your email is verified.

To verify your email address, log in to the email address you used when registering and check if you have received a message from Fawkes. You will find a verification link inside the message: click on it to complete the process.

• ? If it’s still blocked, try using a VPN.
  
  

• If you didn’t receive the validation email, contact a GM in Discord.
  
  

• ? You may need to wait for future updates if it's a known issue.
  
  

• ? Join the Discord for updates and support from the community.
  
  

? Invalid Credentials

• ⌨️ Try typing your password more slowly to avoid input errors.
  
  

• ⌨️ Try to change the password to no longer than 13 characters.
  
  

• ❗ If it still fails, you may need to wait for support or create a ticket.
  
  

• ? Join the Discord for real-time help and announcements.

➡️ DNS change

• ? Go to the Configuration Panel (This can change to each red, please look in Google how to have access).

• ⌨️ Look for “Change Adapter settings” or “Network Connections”.

• ⌨️ Look for the option DNS addresses, IP Settings, or DNS, or something similar.

• ⌨️ Change the DNS:

  • DNS Primary: 8.8.8.8.

  • DNS Secundary: 8.8.4.4 
    Sometimes, you can find the option Static IP and change the DNS.

• ❗ Save the changes

• Sometimes it will be necessary to disconnect and reconnect the Internet/Wi-Fi.
