Game Not Starting After Login?

   • ⚙️ Disabling fullscreen optimizations in the .exe settings.

➡️ Yes, especially if you're using Bitdefender or any non-standard antivirus. You can try uninstalling it or follow these steps to add exceptions:

1. Open the Bitdefender Total Security dashboard.
   
   

2. Click Protection in the left-hand menu.
   
   

3. Under Antivirus, click the blue "Open" link.
   
   

4. On the new page (titled Antivirus), click Settings.
   
   

5. Next to Manage exceptions, click the blue "Manage exceptions" link.
   
   

6. Click "+ Add an Exception".
   
   

7. In the window that appears, enter the path to Defiance.exe:
   [install directory]\Defiance\default\game\Defiance.exe
   
   

8. Make sure all these are toggled ON (blue):
   
   

   • Antivirus
     
     

   • Online Threat Prevention
