Missing Characters after migration

Make sure the account is migrated

Please make sure you complete the migration process in this account, for this, you have to go to your Migration Page in your Account Page, and down below you should see a green sign like the following.

If you don't have it, please input again your migration code, and make sure you chose the correct game. Change password

If your account is migrated and you still don't have your characters, please follow this guide step by step to change your password, it's very important it's been this way not another.

  1. Go to Login page and press "Password Recovery"
  2. Input your username or email and press Send
  3. In the email linked to the account you will receive an email to do the password change
  4. Change the password
  5. Login to the Account page to check the password change
  6. Login into the game and check if you have the characters

If after doing this you still don't have the Characters, make sure you are using the correct token, and search in your other emails to see if you have another token for the Game migration. If you did all this and still don't have your characters you will need to fill out this form please be patient, our support team will review each case, so this is a very long process that will take several weeks.
