1. Please, attempt the following step first:
- Go to the accounts portal (https://accounts.fawkesgames.com)
- Logout entirely from your account
- Press into 'Password recovery' and change your password
- Confirm you can log into the accounts portal
- Try to log again into the game
- Check in all the servers
