If you receive an error message that says "This application cannot be run on this computer" while trying to install Fawkes Hub, don't worry - this is a known issue that we're working to resolve.
The problem is that the Xsolla Launcher used by our games is currently only available in a 64-bit version, while some computers may only be able to run 32-bit applications. This means that some players may not be able to launch the game through the launcher.
Our team is aware of this issue and is actively working on a solution. Once the game migrations are complete and both games are stable.
