Fawkes connect doesn't load properly

If you're having trouble seeing the Language and Server drop-down options in your Fawkes connect, please try the following steps:


  1. Close Fawkes connect and any other open applications.

  2. Change your Windows resolution to a different setting (e.g. 1920x1080).

  3. Open the Fawkes hub and Fawkes connect again.

  4. Check to see if the Language and Server drop-down options are now visible.


If the problem persists, please repeat these steps using a different resolution setting until the options become visible.
